Colorful milkshake

made of white chocolate desires, strawberry passion, and fresh yogurt ambitions


10 fresh mint leaves

1 cup milk

1 1/2 ounces white chocolate, chopped

3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

30 ice cubes

5 small scoops vanilla ice cream


Colorful milkshake



  1. Bring the mint and milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and let infuse 10 minutes.
  1. Remove and discard the mint leaves. Add the chocolate to the milk. Let sit until the chocolate begins to melt, about 1 minute, then stir until smooth. If chocolate doesn’t melt, briefly return the pan to the heat. Cool to room temperature.
  1. Place the strawberries in high-speed blender and blend to a pulp. Add the white chocolate cream, yogurt, and ice cubes and blend until smooth. Increase the amount of ice cubes if you wish to obtain more of a granita-like texture. Serve in tall glasses with dollops of ice cream on top.
