What allergens do your chocolates contain?
Our chocolates are produced in a manufacturing facility that also produces items containing peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, sesame, eggs, wheat and/or gluten. We recommend that individuals with sensitivities to any of these allergens do not consume our products.
Is Max Brenner's chocolate Kosher?
All of the chocolate available in our Chocolate Shops are Kosher Dairy under the supervision of the Bet-Shemesh Rabbinate. Please inquire at your local Max Brenner for additional information.
Do you have any sugar-free products?
At this time, Max Brenner does not offer any sugar-free products.
What is the difference between the Chocolate Bar and the Chocolate Bar & Restaurant?
The Max Brenner Chocolate Bar is a fast casual sweets-only spot where guests order at the counter and seat themselves. Max Brenner Chocolate Restaurants are full-service restaurants that serve both sweet and savory options. All locations outside of the USA and Israel are Chocolate Bars. Within the USA, there is a mix of both concepts.
Do you have any vegan chocolates?
While Max Brenner offers a number of dark chocolate products without milk (100% Pure Dark thins, Dark Chocolate Caibos, Dark Chocolate Chicao and Dark Chocolate tablet with Cocoa Nibs, to name a few), we cannot guarantee these items are strictly vegan. This is because these products are produced in a facility which also processes dairy and other non-vegan products.
How should I store my chocolate?
Max Brenner's chocolate will stay fresh and delicious for several weeks or longer when stored properly. To maintain quality, please keep your chocolate at room temperature, approximately 72°F/ 22°C, or in an airtight chilled container. Avoid heat and direct sunlight.

Are all Max Brenner products sold online?
Our chocolate combinations are never-ending, and we are not able to offer all of them on our website. But we do offer a wide selection of our most popular gift boxes and tins and will be adding more in the future. For more information, please visit our Online Shop.
Does Max Brenner donate to specific charities or events?
We receive many solicitations and wish we could fulfill each and every one, but - regretfully - we simply cannot. We therefore do not accept solicitations.
